Multiple injuries were reported on Monday following a shooting at a school in US’ Wisconsin state, police confirmed.
The incident occurred at the Abundant Life Christian School in Madison. Madison police have described the situation as an “active and ongoing investigation.”
In a statement, the police urged residents to clear the area. “More information will be released as it is available. We currently need people to avoid the area,” the statement read.
Abundant Life Christian School, which has around 390 students from kindergarten through high school, is situated on a 28-acre campus and caters to families in the Dane County area.
No further details about the victims or the shooter have been released at this time.
